Negative: Far from the city. Phone wasn’t working. The slot machine and the cable to charge didn’t work. You have to call if you want to open the door of your room. There was nobody to check you in, we like more personal service.

Positive: Everything! One of the best hotel rooms my wife and I have ever had. Awesome panoramic view over Beppu skyline. With balcony. (Photo is taken from the balcony). One wall of the room consists of a massive window from floor to ceiling. Bed is huge and comfortable. Bathrobes provided. Bathroom with shower and bubble bath. Many (kinky) extras. Very helpful (and discreet) staff. Breakfast and ;-) movies included. Free parking. Highly recommended.

Positive: We did not know that this is a japanese love hotel (which was clearly our fault). The personell was really nice and supportive and with Google translator it worked quite well. If You do not want to get in touch with the personell this is also possible but we needed some additional information. Be aware to write them in advance if you require a non-smoking room. We did not know this and had a smoking room which was not so nice. The bathtub was really nice!
