Positive: The house was well renovated, with great amenities and facilities. The house was cold but there were multiple heaters in every room. Private onsen was nice and quaint. Kitchen facilities was good.

Positive: A unique experience of staying in a Japanese house. Clean d comfortable. Sakura was very responsive to all my questions. She even helped us to make reservations for our dinner. The location is near to the train station and Sakura showed us a short cut to the bus stop nearby.

Positive: It is a beautiful traditional Japanese house with an inspiring garden and a private onsen. The property is large with 3000 sq. ft. The owner wants to protect the heritage, and our family is grateful to have the wonderful experience of staying in this property. We keep on praising this is the number one highlight of our trip, though Beppu, Yufuin and Oita have so many attractions to offer. The house is large, clean, well maintained, owner has put flowers in many spots inside, much more blossom in the garden, we have taken many photos of birds, there is a huge rock in the garden, with a presence of stability and calmness. The onsen is private, easy to drain and refill by natural hot onsen, a extremely high quality of the water, able to soothe our tiredness and good for skin, it is simply the best , and we have stayed in much more expensive onsen hotel in the same region. I highly recommend this property to couple, family and friends to stay in this fabulous house, it is close to town center and many tourist spots and is right next to Beppu park, with the convenience of private parking just in front of the house, and bus stops. Owner can speak functional English, we have good communication by writing messages. Thank you so much, Sakura family.
