Summary: Excellent 1 night stay - we wanted to be in centre of the city for shopping and food- so location was key and hotel perfect. Lovely helpful staff, very nice family room with great facilities. We left early for a flight so didn’t have breakfast but would highly recommend this hotel.

Summary: This hotel is in East Ginza, near the Kabukiza and Tsukiji. Lovely property. Friendly staff. Great room. The Bach music is a bit tiring but I didn’t spend too much time in the lobby.

Summary: Good size room, very clean and modern interior. Very helpful and friendly staff. Missing: spa, gym Not so great: to loud classical Bach music in the lobby and bar area, quieter would be much more appreciated

Summary: 3 nights. Recommend corner room, lot of space and overall a very good room. Great place central but calm location in Ginza. Costs a bit moore but worth it if you need a few days to stress down in a longer tokyo trip.

Summary: Location is excellent, our room nicely laid out, with general standards, room is not big but it was a good size for Japanese hotels. Staff were very polite and helpful and hotel was overall very clean. The only downside was the breakfast which is served out of a small cafe on the first floor which feels cramped and options are limited.
