Positive: Location and cleanliness
Negative: First hotel in my life I that i didn’t give 10 points. Yes, the room was clean, the vibe was cool. But poor front service. The shower gel nd shampoo were in very small package ppl with long hair would use up just in one shower. So I asked for more set of them at 17:00 then wait in my room but by 18:30 I still could not take shower bc none of room service had come to give me the shower and shampoo. So I tried to call the front desk from the phone in my room but no one answered. Thus I had to walk down to the front desk myself and ask for the damn shower gel and shampoo at 18:40 without having showered from whole tired day of walking in Yangons hot climate in afternoon and rain in the evening, while I also had booked dinner at 19:00. There’s no enough time for me to do make up and get dress properly like I intended. There’s more issue while checking in, the front service said they’ll bring our luggage to our rooms, but I waited for more than 30 minutes and nothing happened no one appeared therefore I had to go down and picked the bags up myself. So try at your own risk. If your expectation from hotel is good service and hospitality, you might seek other hotels available. And the WiFi was very VERY POOR, too. Plus there’s no plastic drinking water bottle in the room due to “eco-friendly” policy. You have to walk out of your room to the water corner to fill the bottles. For those with long hair, here’s also no shower cap available, so I brought my own. But then the cleaning lady threw it away after only one use so I didn’t have shower cap anymore and had to sleep with my hair wet.
Summary: Try at your own risk

Positive: Staff were friendly. Location is good. Food at the restaurant was excellent. View from the room was good too.
Negative: The room was very small, with the sink in the bedroom and cramped shower and toilet cubicles. For the price, I was disappointed—five-star hotels nearby cost less than half and at least three times the size of the room. Reception refused to cancel my second night, so I moved to a five-star property instead. Overall, it felt overpriced and disappointing
Summary: Tiny Room, Poor Value for Money

Positive: Charming place, but customer care could be much better.
Negative: For starters, some lights didn't work in my room, but I still would have given a 9 as the place is great, but things went really not so good with my transfer to the airport. The evening before my departure I asked the reception if they could arrange a taxi for me to go to a shop first and after 5-10 minutes to the airport. First the receptionist told me that it is not possible to arrange it for 08.45am as they only have cars later. Uhhh, what?? I went for dinner and when I got back to the hotel, he told me that he can arrange it but I have to pay cash in advance, as of in that moment, then he put the money in a drawer, gave me no proof of payment even when I asked for it and ensured me it will be all fine. He wrote down the name and phone number of the driver on a small piece of paper (I speak no Burmese, most people nothing elae but Burmese so what's the use?) and told me he would leave word with the morning receptionist. The taxi came a bit later than expected and it was a 30-year-old car with no air-conditioning so we travelled through the thick morning traffic and to the airport with all windows open, a nightmare really as I was a unwell (from something I drank). On arrival at the airport, I didn't reach the restrooms and threw up in a trash bin. In my book, a hotel should be able to arrange decent taxis for clients and not this way.
Summary: Nice place but...
