Positive: Everything was great, the room is very clean, with all the comfort that you might look for, the sanitary products are good as well very nice fragrance! The staff all amazing! Willing to help also reminds the need of it's customers. Beside for all you need you can ask to the hotel staff and they will be helping you immediately! The position it's very nice if you want to discover the center of Yangon by walking around. It might not having some facilities of other 5 star hotels, but it's totally worth the stay! Especially for the people

Positive: I have spent around 5 years of the last 20 years travelling on business and staying in 5 star hotels in Asia , Europe and LATAM, so I have high expectations. This hotel may be the best hotel that I have ever stayed in ! I booked a standard room and this felt like a deluxe room. The design was very impressive and the details in everything were carefully thought through. Cleanliness was exceptional and the staff were incredible. If you are staying in Yangon THIS is the place to be. If/when I return to Yangon, then this is the only place that I will stay..

Negative: Leaving the comfort of the hotel and the wonderful staff across all areas. I was genuinely sad to leave!

Positive: Absolutely beautiful building, design and presentation. Very attentive and friendly staff throughout. Probably in my top 3 most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. Immaculately clean.

Negative: Located in quite a busy area, a little noisy at times but not really an issue.
