Positive: The location though away from the city centre is very well accessible as the bus reaches right outside the hotel. The staff are really exceptional in helping out and guiding. The rooms are spacious enough and very clean. All in all worth the buck.

Positive: The terrace was lovely with views of the mountain. The variety offered at breakfast was exceptional; best hot chocolate ever! The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfy.

Negative: We did not have any tea bags.

Positive: Lovely staff. Loads of car parking just across from hotel. There was a bus stop right beside hotel that brought you into centre of lucern. It was free with visitor pass. Lovely selection of food for breakfast.

Positive: Eveything. Staff very nice. Rooms are very clean and roomy. Large shower. You control the air consitioning i like other hotels in switzerland. The location is a little away from the center but the hotel provides a pass so u dont pay for transportation within the city during the stay. The bus stops right in front of the hotel.
