Positive: The studio is small but comfortable. Compact kitchen with several items to prepare meals (but no salt, pepper, oil provided). Laundry is available in the building, but you have to have your own detergent. Easy to find. 10 min from the city center with the bus (free for visitors with the card provided by the accommodation).

Negative: Self check-in is nice but more detailed information could have been provided. You have to use the keys to call the elevator. Luckily a friendly neighbor was around and showed us how to do it. The blackout curtains don't fully close, but in winter time it was not a problem.

Positive: The entire apartment was clean, facilities provided were good. Comfortable room, perfect for a family of four, kitchen with stove, kettle, coffee machine( espresso pods), fridge and other kitchen utensils. Plenty of towels, shower gels, soaps and toilet rolls Very close to the bus station( 2 minutes walk) , only 10- 15 minutes away from Lucerne city
