Positive: It is truly a very good hotel. We went there to see elephants, and we really enjoyed watching them. I have visited this hotel several times, and it is very beautiful. This time, the room we were given was beautiful, very clean, and quite spacious. The food was very tasty. We will definitely visit this hotel again. One hundred percent excellent.

Negative: We saw just a few elephants and it was completely different to Instagram photos.. The main reason people go there is to see the elephants (fake preview photo)

Positive: This is a truly excellent hotel. I had dropped my wallet, and a staff member found it and returned it to me. There was a lot of money inside, but nothing was missing. The staff are very honest and kind. This is my 6th time staying at this hotel. It is very good,very clean and beautiful. The rooms are very nice and well maintained. I highly recommend this as the best hotel in Pinnawala.

Positive: The hotel we stayed at was very beautiful and clean. The staff were extremely kind and helped us like frinds. The room was very nice and well maintained. The food was very delicious. It is an excellent place to watch elephants. We are looking forward to visiting again.

Positive: I was very happy with my stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was new, very clean, and the view was amazing . I could even see the elephants from my room! The location is perfect. I also forgot my bag somewhere, and when I informed the front desk, the room boy and staff helped me search for it. I really appreciate their support. I highly recommend this hotel. My room was very comfortable and I truly enjoyed my stay.

Positive: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel near the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage. The view of the elephants from the property was truly amazing and made the experience unforgettable.
