Summary: We had a twin standard room so wasn't expecting too much, but we had a lovely view into town with the sea in the distance. The bath over the shower was adequate, the toiletries were plentiful and the room was small but perfectly acceptable. The food was great, plenty to choose from at breakfast and dinner was great value at around £33. The spa was amazing! Already looking at when we can return. Thank you.

Summary: Very comfortable hotel, great spa and pool facilities. Staff very friendly.and helpful. Situated 10 minute walk to town, but very good public transport links.

Summary: This is a lovely hotel with a great pool/spa! The restaurant was good for lunch and dinner although not as good as some of the places around - but that’s more a reflection of how great the food scene is in Jersey rather than a criticism of the hotel! Breakfast was reasonably basic and could be improved with little tweaks eg pots of tea and coffee rather than queuing at the coffee machine. Good location - we walked into st Helier every day and takes 20 mins ish. A lovely stay and the gardens and spa etc are the crowning jewel for this hotel!

Summary: Lovely hotel. Friendly and attentive staff. Spa and gym access included in stay. Spa facilities very relaxing. Good breakfast selection. Rooms were clean with comfortable bed.

Summary: The hotel was light and airy, staff were so helpful and friendly too. Location was ideal, an easy walk into the town centre and parking available for our car. The SPA was lovely as was the food and cleanliness

Summary: Booked the hotel a while back to go to my very good friends wedding anniversary. We have been to Jersey before and stayed in other hotels but though we would try the H-D-France. Lovely hotel, very good breakfast and service, excellent Spa and swimming pool. Due to our summer weather the rooms were cold. Location was fine just took a while getting used to the layout. Would go back there again. It turns out that my wife's uncle stayed in this hotel in the 60's on their Honeymoon! Fortunate coincidence

Summary: Lovely hotel in a great location! The free shuttle bus into town was a nice touch. The breakfast was lovely too - my wife and I visited for our mini-moon and we were very well taken care of. The staff were very accommodating and friendly and warm. The spa facilities on site were also wonderful, we spent a good few hours there relaxing after touring around the island. If you're looking for a hotel in St Hellier I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Hotel De France.
