Summary: Very reasonably priced for accommodation on Jersey. Ideal for St Helier. Comfortable rooms and an excellent breakfast to start the day. Staff very friendly and helpful. Need to understand the concept of Fire Safety. Left during one morning with a propped open door and arrived back late afternoon with the same door propped open!

Summary: Comfortable, clean hotel with friendly, helpful staff and good breakfast offering. In addition, the hotel has a first class restaurant which we ate at twice during our stay. Check in and check out were quick and easy. The only thing that let it down a little was the lack of air conditioning which did impact on our sleep as temperatures were high during our visit even during the night. Providing an electric fan in the room was a nice touch and did provide some degree of mitigation to the heat. We regularly visit Jersey and will certainly stay at this hotel again in the future.

Summary: Wonderful one night stay. Next time we would want to stay far longer. Lovely room, wonderful staff and excellent Jazz band in the bar in the evening

Summary: Very good rooms with spacious areas and working TV. free bottled water and fridge is great. Room Service and breakfast was high quality consistently. The WiFI was temperamental and not always working.

Summary: Booked this room to stay as my nephew a resident of Jersey got married at Samores manor The hotel is a good place to stay being local to all the amenities I would recommend this hotel

Summary: A nice hotel, room a bit small and found the smell from the spa that lingered in the reception area and stairway a bit cloying. Restaurant was excellent. I object in principle to pay for parking on premises owned by the hotel. Early breakfast delivered to the room was rather spartan
