Positive: I stayed here the night before taking the ferry to Ometepe and the day I arrived back from Ometepe as it is right by the ferry terminal, and I had a long flight and ride from Managua. and waited till the next day to ferry to Ometepe so that I would not be so tired that I would not enjoy the ferry ride. The location is prime in that way. There are also many restaurants and places to grab a coffee etc as it is near the terminal and beach. The staff is freindly, but I did not see any other guests on either stay, so not sure what that was about; the place was clean, there was great Wi-fi, a large TV, fridge in the room etc. There was breakfast included and it wasn't bad or anything, but they gave you only one cup of coffee and creamer was not an option. On my second stay they made me pay for the breakfast. I didn't argue, I just paid but have no idea what that was about. I would stay here again for its location and there are not many other options, but it was well out of the regular price range, and you can't make someone pay for breakfast when it is included. 64 USD was a bit much.

Positive: Close to the ferry; easy access. It was clean and computable. Tv worked, a/c worked. Staff was friendly.
Negative: The lack of hot water was a drag but it’s a thing in these parts.

Positive: I was unable to get a taxi from Masaya until much later than I planned. The owner still greeted me at the door, I believe I woke him up because it was quite late (around 11:00pm). He was very polite and welcomed my friend and I, even though it was much later than the latest arrival time that is posted on the description (5pm). I was very grateful 🙏
Negative: Nothing. It was exactly what I needed after a long day of travel.
