Positive: Hans and his mother were very friendly and available hosts. They took a last minute booking when we missed the last ferry to Ometepe. Hans was extremely responsive on WhatsApp and gave us a thorough introduction to the unit. It was sparkling clean and had everything you needed. He was patient with us since we needed to get cash from an ATM first in order to pay.

Negative: Address to the property for some reason shows up in Spain, but this was quickly fixed by Hans who was able to provide us a pin.

Summary: Would recommend to others and would stay again!

Positive: Size of main room was very spacious. Bathroom was also large.

Negative: #1) No hot water...#2) no breakfast table or work station desk ( even though there ample space for such )

Positive: The room was big and AC worked well. The bed was comfortable and the shower was big and had very good water pressure. Washing machine was a bonus. Hosts - amazing! Helped us with every little detail and speak fluent English. Kitchen is basic but ok for preparing meals. The location was ok, we stayed there as base to visit Ometepe Island, so worked for us.

Negative: The only window we had was into the inside of the garage, so we needed to have lights on all the time.

Summary: Amazing hosts and room good to stay for a few days.

Positive: The host named Melissa spoke English and was very accommodating even drove me to town a couple of times when I first arrives. There is a convenience store across the road to get fresh water and other drinks.

Negative: The bed was not comfortable
