Summary: Hotel is in a pleasant and convenient location about 10-15 minutes walk radius from all the main sites and airport bus, there is also a nearby tram stop over the bridge which is very handy. The local neighbourhood is full of little bars and shops if you want to avoid the tourist areas. Good buffet breakfast and cafe bar. Room had little character or view but this is clearly advertised and it was comfortable and big enough, the shower is a good size but wasn't very warm. Friendly staff. All in all good value I would stay again.

Summary: Location. Location. Location. We walked everywhere, from the Old Town to Guggenheim Museum; loved the proximity of the pedestrian bridge across the river. The hotel seemed to host travel groups such as ours (Rick Steves), which is a good sign. Enjoyed the breakfast included in the room -- my only petty complaint was the toilet paper dispenser in the bathrooms! Helpful staff during our stay and great maid service ~

Summary: Great location, helpful staff, nice and comfortable. The property is on the street opposite the river and the pedestrian bridge so a perfect location to walk anywhere. Our room had a large bed which was very comfortable and a large bathroom. There was a balcony too so could get fresh air. We had breakfast from the buffet catering to all tastes. All staff were helpful.

Summary: Very centric hotel. Personal in reception very helpful. We had an interior room. We understand this, but the room was quite dark,no sun light at all. We had to put the light on most of the time. The bed was okay but personally I found the pillow uncomfortable. Fantastic shower.
