Positive: The apartment was lovely. Clean and equipped with everything you need. Fernando was so helpful and provided lots of information about Bilbao and gave many great suggestions for places to eat or visit. Great location. Bilbao is a very walkable city.

Negative: The only negative about the apartment is there’s not much natural daylight but that’s not really an issue because most of the time we were out and about.

Summary: Fabulous stay. I would definitely stay again.

Positive: Location - excellent in the triangle between Guggenheim, Funicular and Zubizura bridge. Easy access to tube and metro and walks down river to old town and good supermarket Furnishing of flat was to the highest standard. Fernando was an excellent host, providing tourist information and storing luggage outside check in/check out times.

Negative: The apartment was on the first floor of 6 floor building , and as at the rear of the building, there was little natural light. But plenty of lights in the apartment to compensate. Limited English language TV channels ,mostly US news channels.

Positive: Fernando was AMAZING!!! He is an amazing host!! I loved everything about this place: the apartment, the beautiful decoration, the cleanliness in this apartment was another level. Renting this apartment gaves us a perfect location with famous places just 5/10 min walking. ✨ Guggenheim Museum and The Cable car is a 5mim walking. I will definitely recommend Fernando to friends and family and I will come back for sure!

Positive: Great location, short nice walk 10 mins to Guggenheim, nice building and stylish apartment.

Negative: The optional parking was in a very tight spot. It took me 20 mins with 2 people guiding to get out. This was so stressful in a Mercedes hire car that I would not rebook this accommodation. Without a car I would recommend.

Positive: The apartment is very clean and looked after, it has everything you might need and much more, seriously this was probably the best equipped apartment I ever stayed in. Location is super close to the Guggenheim museum and the river, very central. The host is keen to spend time with you explaining how everything works in the apartment and to tell the story of the city. Super clean, all amenities working perfectly, maps provided.

Negative: The apartment does not have any windows looking out anywhere but the inside ducts of the buildings, so not only is it completely dark at all times but you also get to smell what other people are cooking and when they flush the toilet... The toilet also had some issues with ventilation because it was a bit stinky in there, also the automatic locking mechanism of the door is super loud.
