Summary: Nice room with well-equipped kitchen area, good en suite, comfortable bed. A bit of a tight squeeze to get around the bed to sit at the table and chairs or to get from one side of the bed to the bathroom. Outside communal areas were great for enjoying a drink as the sun was going down with a stunning view. Although by no means constant there is quite some road noise from the various motorbikes, trucks and buses climbing the hill outside the property so ear plugs would be a good option, which we had and enjoyed undisturbed sleep in the comfortable bed. Otherwise a lovely setting with a supermarket and other shops just a couple of minutes drive away. And great access to Poas volcano - get there early!

Summary: Brian was friendly and went out of his way to help us. My room #1 was absolutely perfect. Nice fireplace, kitchenette with all we needed. Very satisfied!
