Summary: It is quite dated and smells musty. It also needs a deep clean if not a complete reno. Heating is with either a wood burning fireplace with no screen or a space heater. We did not feel safe with the fireplace.

Summary: Beautiful place, with an amazing restaurant. We stayed there to visit the Poas volcano in the morning. The TV system in our room didn't work but we didn't miss it much.
