Summary: Front desk called at 2 pm that the room is ready for us, that was great! Friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant served delicious meal at 20% for staying in their hotel. I will definitely come back.

Summary: We didn' t feel that is was a luxury hotel as advertised. It wasn't worth $300 a night. The pillows were flimsy! No microwave. The exhaust fan didn't do what it was suppose to and was way to noisy! The snack shack didn't have alot in it! Just wasn't what we expected! Staff was friendly! Bar didn't have a good selection of wines and wasnt much on the menuto eat. Will not be back!

Summary: Hotel Cashiers was perfect as a one night stay for our family. It was very clean, the owner was present and responsive, and it was easy to walk to a ton of places. We loved the “pantry” that had snacks, coffee, and tea 24/7.

Summary: My husband and I found this property to be perfect in every way. We would love to come back again someday. We are planning another trip next year. We do not exactly when. It all depends on our friend who lives is Cashier's.

Summary: When we arrived the manager informed us there was no potable water due to failure of the well pump. We were there for two nights without potable water. Not the fault of the owners but I feel we should have been given a discount.

Summary: We loved our first experience at Hotel Cashiers when we first came about 2 years ago so of course we wanted to come back. Pros: The staff are so friendly and helpful. The location is great, walking distance to most things in central Cashiers. Also, their restaurant is so so good! Cons: Our towels had hair in them from previous guests, the bathtub didn't drain properly, there was food leftover from the previous guest in our refrigerator, and some of the surfaces in the room hadn't been wiped down. There was also dog poop in some of the common outdoor areas. At times, our room keypad wouldn't work requiring several attempts and waiting before being able to try again. I know that there has likely been a high turnover in rooms with aid coming into help with disaster relief for the surrounding areas, so trying to be understanding. However, the lack of room cleanliness was a big issue.
