Summary: My husband and I were joined by our adult son for the weekend. Our goal was to get away to a beautiful area, do some hiking, see some waterfalls and spend time with our son. This was the perfect spot. It was clean and comfortable. There was a book at the cottage describing the hikes, waterfalls and other scenic places in the area and that was most helpful. The porch with rocking chairs was the perfect place to relax after a day of hiking. Checking in was difficult, since I had not been sent the code for entry to the cottages. We were lucky to catch the real estate lady down the hill as she was closing up. She knew the owner, called her and got the code for us.

Summary: So very clean, very nicely but simply decorated. Bed was VERY comfortable. Plenty of towels. Kitchen had all the basic needs. And owner was so kind to allow a late check out. We will be back.

Summary: My husband and I were celebrating our 20th Anniversary and this place was super clean and decorated very nicely. A comfortable bed and a nice shower is always needed and this place met that need. We thoroughly enjoyed the living area and fireplace. It was such a beautiful set up. I highly recommend!

Summary: My husband and I enjoyed our time in Laura’s cottage. It was in a perfect location to explore Cashiers and Highlands. The cottage had very comfortable furniture/beds and it was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked and Laura and Mark were great hosts. We will definitely choose this cottage again when we return to Cashiers.

Summary: We had such a wonderful time. This property was exactly as described and the pictures are 100% accurate. It was clean, neat, and well kept. We loved the porches. The property was quiet and tranquil as well; yet it was centrally located between fishing our fishing excursions and restaurants.
