Summary: This is a great value and a good lodging option if you have to be in Valparaiso. The hotel is clean and very organized inside, and the staff is very friendly and professional. The surrounding area was a little scary for my wife and I. This hotel is in the middle of the busy Valparaiso business and port activities. Be alert for opportunists overall. Upon arrival we suffered a "blown tire", where a pedestrian approached our car at a stop light and punctured one of our tires with a specialized instrument. I felt there was something wrong, so I was careful and didn't stop. I kept going and did not stop until I arrived at the hotel, a safe place.

Summary: Everything was great, well decorated, super clean and comfortable. I just didn't like much the surrands. Had to park the car a few blocks away and I didn't feel safe to walk there in the evening.
