Positive: Wonderful setting in the forest. You can slightly hear the highway, but the trees do a great deal to block the noise. Probably the best option for staying in Xpujil when comparing to other places to stay. The pictures definitely match what you get. The kitchenette has everything you need and they provide some snacks and a few cervezas to enjoy. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Facilities felt very safe and secure (gated). Wish we could have stayed another night.

Negative: It doesn't feel very walkable but there is not much to the town itself (from a tourist stand point). We spent most of our time enjoying the property.

Positive: Very new and clean, good quality furnishings, well equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds, nice patio with grill, well away from neighbors, great landscaping with trees and nice lighting

Negative: Shower doesn’t drain, walls don’t go to the ceiling, hard to get in and out on the streets (host escorted us in and showed us around the property, very helpful)
