Positive: Good location. On site bar & restaurant. Brewery shop. Brewery tour (well worth the 16euros per person). Lovely room with large bathroom & best hairdryer of any hotel. Friendly staff
Negative: Having a snippy remark from staff in gift shop on our last morning for failing to say we only spoke English. Poor us getting the Monday mood
Summary: A magical find in Mechelen

Positive: Lovely staff, exceptional rooms. Had breakfast and evening meals there which were very good. Take the brewery tour, it's worth it, but quite a few stairs to negotiate. Beer is some of the best brewed in Belgium. Close to the centre of Mechelen with secure parking. We had a two night stay, could have easily done 3. We will return at some point.
Negative: Liked it all
Summary: Bed, breakfast & beer

Positive: Spaceous and quiet room that was very clean. AC was welcome in the heatwave. Nice clean bathroom. Just the fact that you literally sleep by the brewery is great! Breakfast was a little different every morning which we loved. We will be back!
Summary: Excellent hotel by the brewery

Positive: Great location - 10 min walk to Groote Markt and a cathedral. Very comfortable beds, warm bathroom, AC that works. Very helpful staff, from cleaning ladies, breakfast staff and a reception. Breakfast is really good for a big bloke like myself, but my more demanding partner, who is vegetarian, found plenty of dishes.
Negative: 15 eur parking charge, but I understand it's a tricky location and extra space had to be assigned for about 10 parking spaces.
Summary: Absolutely loved it
