Positive: We loved everything about this property. The owner, Veerle, is the warmest and most welcoming host we could have wished for. Her home is beautiful and the service is beyond exceptional. We were able to use the washing machine and dryer, the back terrace and garden, and the front room for preparing our food. There are games for children. Everything was supplied and everything was clean and stylish. The location is perfect - a short walk from central Mechelen but quiet and leafy. We would come back again. Highly recommended.

Positive: We had such a lovely stay at B&B Alegria! From the moment we arrived, the host made us feel incredibly welcome, it truly felt warm, personal, and almost like staying with family. Everything in the house is beautifully designed with so much attention to detail, creating a very cozy yet stylish atmosphere. You can tell a lot of care and love has gone into every corner of the place. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and very tastefully decorated , the bed was super comfy, and it was the perfect place to relax after a long day. The whole property has a very calm and peaceful vibe, which we really appreciated. The host was also very helpful, giving us great tips and recommendations for things to do and places to visit. We would 100% recommend B&B Alegria.

Positive: Veerle was such a wonderful and friendly host. Communication was excellent and she made sure we were very comfortable. Location was also very good - parking was available and we were just 10min away by foot from the center. The house and our rooms were cozy. We enjoyed the sun at the garden. The jacuzzi was an excellent bonus.

Negative: Basically everything was but the extra services I found a bit overpriced. But hey, you don’t need to take them. The bathroom not fully separated but wasn’t a big issue the end.
