Positive: The view was amazing,.the staff was amazing and friendly, and the rooms were comfortable. It was the first room we stayed in in Iceland that had a couch in it! Breakfast was also good.

Positive: The restaurant is really great and the staff are lovely. The location is basically the end of the world, perfect for visiting Latrabjarg. It's incredibly quiet!

Negative: Our room was really cold when we got in because a window had been left open and the showers are temperamental and tiny.

Positive: Great nature around (we saw seals during our evening walk on the beautiful beach - and it was just for us as no one else was there!). Amazing dinner - it was much better than one could ever expect from such a simple place. Heaters in the room, good pressure in the shower, the view. No puffins this time as the main watching spot is in 10-min drive, which we learned after the dinner with some wine :)

Negative: Wifi was available only around the lobby. The room was basic and quite small, but we expected that.

Positive: The location is superb...blackout shades and curtains provided for a nice sleep when needed. Terrific European breakfast and delicious hot chocolate. Very hospitable staff.

Negative: The facilities are a bit outdated but we were still quite comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

Positive: The location is just wow, it's such a remote place...Beautiful. The rooms are very nice and clean, offering great views on the beach and ocean. You can use the campground facility as they have a common space with microwaves, stoves, sinks...or go to the restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast had a ton of options and was good. They ran out of coffee easily 30mn before the end of breakfast so a bit of a bummer though.

Negative: It's extremely windy in this area, so be mindful when you're walking/hiking around.
