Positive: Nithin and others on front desk were very helpful and when the AC played up and then died they provided another room. Papers at reception provided news. TV did the same. 20-20 cafe across the road provided very good meals and coffee. Room cleaning was done really well. Everything they said they would provide or do was done. The hotel was walking distance to the Metro and the train station. I would stay here again if I was returning to Bangalore.

Negative: The mattress is quite firm BUT that's personal preference and everything was good.

Positive: The hotel is well maintained, clean. The rooms are cleaned every day... Very well situated... We extended our stay by 6 days and have we'll enjoyed our stay. Hot water available 24 hrs round. Lift in good working conditions. The staff was very cooperative. Room service available. Wifi is available and at a good speed... The hotel looks like the pictures on booking.com
