Positive: Breakfast buffet was very good, with a wide selection. Room was comfortable, staff was pleasant, liked having an extra bed.

Negative: We wanted to be out of Cefalu, but this wasn’t the location we would have chosen. It wasn’t a long drive but we should have picked a beachfront property.

Summary: Good, comfortable hotel, very good breakfast, reasonable distance from Cefalu in quiet neighborhood.

Positive: I think we cause it was close to the end of their season, we were provided with an excellent room upgrade. The property was excellent and we loved the terrace. It felt like our own private terrace. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. Our Italian is almost nonexistent, but we weee able to communicate well in English. It’s a great place to get away from the crowds and relax by the pool. We did take a walk to their beach, which I think was just a public beach that did actually have a restaurant and bar though we were told there was nothing close by.

Negative: It’s not particularly close to the water though the vies of the water are wonderful. Apparently, you can’t bring your own food in and there is not a lot of other choice in the area to eat offsite nearby so you are forced to eat there. We had a dinner and breakfasts there which was good, but dinner was a bit pricey. The food service was excellent. We did make use of the tennis courts, and there was a charge for the use of the balls and rackets for both of us. There was also a charge for the shuttle into town, so although the actual hotel price was good, the extras added up quickly and in the end it would have been more cost effective to stay in town.

Positive: Room was fantastic and we were upgraded and had a fantastic view. Breakfast was great. Beach was a short hilly walk around 10 mins but Tuk-Tuk offered to cut the journey in half. Once on beach private sun loungers provided free of charge.

Negative: Steps down to beach and walk across rocks to get to sand. We chose the location but is was a taxi ride into town each night.

Summary: A great two night stay on the last part of our eight day journey around Sicily.

Positive: Fantastic staff and venue who accommodate me and my friends all male pre-wedding (stag) party, which was a worry. But the staff were more than accommodating and made the whole stay a pleasure. Aryana (I'm definitely getting her name wrong, the young lady on the counter) was brilliant helping a group of non-Italian speaking idiots get around, greatly appreciated,

Negative: Softer beds, and they aren't even that hard, so that's the worst thing I can think of, there's honestly nothing to complain about but I don't want this to look like a fake review!
