Splendid villa immersed in the greenery of the gulf of Cefalù. Overhanging the sea, which can be accessed directly from the garden with a staircase, it enjoys a unique panorama, facing the picturesque Sicilian village. In the large and lush Mediterranean garden, a private swimming pool with slightly salty and chlorine-free water. The house consists of a lounge with armchairs and sofa, fireplace, a large table and two large panoramic windows. Two accesses to the outdoor garden accompany the terrace, where in addition to a living area, there is a 12-seater table decorated with authentic Sicilian ceramic majolica. It also overlooks a large and fully equipped built-in kitchen. A few steps connect the living area with the sleeping area, consisting of two double bedrooms, a bedroom with a single bed and two bathrooms, both with shower. From the central plexus of the villa, through a small external staircase, you can access both the laundry room and the annex, consisting of a large double bedroom and a third bathroom with shower. Summary: We loved this rental. Beautiful home in a great location. Beds were comfortable. Outdoor seating was wonderful. There were a couple hiccups on our end. Due to the type of face wash some in our group use, it causes discoloration on fabrics. Hotels and vacation rentals generally have white towels. This one did not. And it did discolor the towels. I understand the owners frustration. I apologized and offered reimbursement. Apparently during our stay, a towel holder was broken in a bathroom. I did not know this at the time of checkout. Owner was upset but I again apologized and offered reimbursement. We tried to care for the house like our own. We did enjoy the home.

Summary: We travel to Sicily every few years to visit family and friends. This villa was a gem! Near our favorite beach, Mazzaforno and close to Cefalu!!! We had a wonderful stay and the check in process was easy and everyone we dealt with was kind and helpful! We will be staying here again on our next trip!

Summary: The house had everything needed for a fun and peaceful stay. The pool was still too cold to enjoy but the walks on the beach collecting beach glass made up for it. The views were worth the cost that we paid. AC didn't seem to be working but there was usually a breeze so that helped. Overall, a very nice vacation.

Summary: This Villa is amazing! Excellent communication prior to arrival, sensational views out to Cefalu, very well equipped with everything you would ever need, such a warm and friendly welcome from Tiziana on arrival and with any follow up questions during our 6 day stay, 3 large bedrooms and bathrooms and spotlessly clean. Mazzaforno is a few km outside Cefalu so recommend having a car. An easy drive in to Cefalu and good parking options.

Summary: The grounds were great lots of room and the pool was clean. The rooms were super clean and town and beach was very close. You could cook at the villa or eat at the many fine restaurants. We had a great vacation.Thankyou again for the great week.

Summary: Property provided the most perfect backdrop for my sisters and our husbands to relax and reconnect in the birthplace of our grandparents. House is everything promised and more. Short cab ride to Cefalo (don’t attempt to drive there yourself.) Many good restaurants close to property. Overall I would rate this property off the charts. Don’t hesitate to book it today.

Summary: We could not have had a more fantastic stay than this. The property is exactly as depicted but really is even better in person. The sea is marvelous- both from below the house and from the community beach accessible by a short walk. We were a group of 5 and the property was exceptionally spacious, comfortable, and accommodating for us. Tiziana was delightful and very helpful, meeting our every need. We hope to come back!
