Positive: The room was clean, spacious and with enough daylight, with a very comfy mattress and pillows. So I've got a nice accommodation with a decent breakfast for a very affordable price. The location is also rather convenient, close to the metro station and to the beachfront. The area is mostly residential with good maintenance.

Negative: There wasn't hot water in the shower, but they were ready to fix the issue at once I informed them.
