Positive: The staff were just absolutely exceptional. The Hotel Ramee staff gave the best service I have ever received in my life (60+ years and a lot of travel - everywhere!). Sounds like an exaggeration? It isn't - it was that good. After 3 days we were sad to leave. We actually felt like we had fallen in love with the place. I have already recommended it to two people. The room was big and the restaurant on the 8th floor serves food which I challenge any Michelin star restaurant to produce, it was exquisite.

Negative: Could have done with more wardrobe space.

Summary: Leaving felt like saying goodbye to friends and family that loved me.
