Summary: My daughter actually said that she wished she could move the backyard (of the place) to her backyard. She is a teacher and it's hard to impress her, but we did.

Summary: My husband and I, along with our two adult (20's) sons were in the Arvada area to spend Christmas with our son-in-law and daughter, who had just had a baby. This house was perfect for our stay. The beds were all very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, there was plenty of room to spread out and we even enjoyed the added bonus of the hot tub. There were a couple of small issues and questions we had when we first checked in, but the home owners were very quick and kind in responding to them. Overall, I would highly recommend renting this house and we plan to do so again if and when needed.
