Summary: Great place, clean, comfortable, nice neighborhood, and quiet. Having two beds and a bath downstairs was great - the family with two small children were down there and nobody heard them! The crib was helpful. The kids enjoyed the park across the street.

Summary: We (4 adults) stayed here for a few days in November. The property was clean and the photography represented it well. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. The real highlight for us was that it was just a short drive to the major parks and downtown attractions.

Summary: Everything worked - yea! Refrigerator was a bit small so maybe they should have a second one in the garage or basement. Challenged us with six people there. Also no clothes hanging capability for bedroom in basement but I contributed a portable one while there. Overall a really nice redo and the lake is great to walk around when the temp is under 100 anyway. I'd stay again for sure.

Summary: Our group had a host that cancelled our previous rental last minute. Fortunately we found this location last minute which turned out to be even better than our original booking. Communication with the host was a breeze, the house was perfect for our needs and exactly what you would look for in a place for a group of friends to gather. I recommend not only this property but the hosts for any trip to the Denver area.

Summary: We traveled to Denver for a short vacation with our teenage kids. This house was perfect. Plenty of space and very clean. Locatuon was also wonderful, right across from lake with walking trail. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: I never knew that a house could be soulless until I stayed here. Imagine what how an AI would design and decorate a vacation home and you’ll know exactly what you’re renting. Soulless decor aside, there were dead spiders and other assorted bugs waiting in the showers upon our arrival. The host (an LLC) had a wall of rules written in various fonts that would have made a middle school chaperone ecstatic. One of the rules (and I quote) bans obnoxious behavior. Like, okay, maybe start by not using an all caps, cursive-ish font. All communication with the β€œhost” was clearly through an underpaid employee who had no real authority. Even after Vrbo reached out to the host to request that they give us the access codes to the property (it was a short notice rebooking since our original stay got canceled the day before check-in due to meth use by the prior tenants) the host refused. Overall a nightmare experience and, while some of the blame certainly falls on Vrbo, the hosts did nothing to help the situation and, instead, made it actively more stressful. I would never book with them again.
