Positive: Fantastic staff, great music in the hall, clean rooms and towels, nice bathroom. You can also purchase excursions at the reception. Recommended in Potosí.

Positive: Location is perfect, within short walking distance to the city centre. The staff was nice, polite and very helpful. The place offers free luggage storage if you want to leave your backpack for a couple of hours.

Negative: The room was very basic and not renovated for years. Dirty walls, squeaky floor and bed, no window in the bedroom (in bathroom only). And worst of all we have found an empty pill blister under the bedsheets that suggested that the bed was not cleaned after previous clients.

Positive: This hostel is wonderful! Super comfy beds, very kind staff, excellent high speed wifi, lovely cheap buffet breakfast option

Negative: The only thing I would mention is that there aren’t individual plugs in the shared dorm but this is a tiny thing considering that there are tons of plugs in the common spaces

Positive: I loved the old building, which was formerly a hotel. The common area is huge and comfortable with tables and chairs or soft couches with pillows. Beds were very comfortable with thick, warm blankets. The staff is very attentive and friendly, and went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable. They are still working to upgrade the facility, but even now, it is excellent. Location is also excellent.

Negative: The rooms were a liitle short on electrical outlets, but other outlets were available in different areas of the hostal.
