Negative: No external windows so downstairs we were looking into an internal carpark during the week. Very bright light came through the blinds. Thin pillows

Positive: The property was fairly new and very clean. Staff were kind and friendly. Beds are comfortable.

Negative: There was no hot water in the shower. Breakfast was advertised for 7.30am but didn’t open until 7.45am - if you’re in a rush this isn’t helpful!

Positive: The staff are really nice, the location is ideal for the centre & the eggs at breakfast were cooked perfectly. The rooms have a fridge and are spacious with a nice hot powerful shower.

Negative: I’m not sure whether this is a hotel, car park, disco or musical chairs. If you want to get any decent sleep I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The cars park inside the middle of the actual hotel making it very noisy when they leave at 6am when they open the big squeaky metal gate and turn the car engine on waking everyone in the hotel up. Due to the layout of the building, it is extremely echoey and therefore when people talk or drag chairs in the cafeteria on the top floor you can hear everything in the room, again waking you up. The blinds in the room are not black out, therefore when people turn the lights on (and leave them on at night) it lights up the whole room and again wakes you up. When we arrived we found so many hairs in the bed linen, we asked the staff to change the bed which they did, however there were more hairs on the new bed sheets. The reason they gave is they are from the washing machine and haven’t been removed with celotape

Positive: the bed was comfortable. the room was clean. location the great, very close to historical center. the staff was very friendly and helpful

Negative: the phone in my room rang at 1am and again at 8am waking me twice, when i should have been enjoying much needed rest. the breakfast was not very complete of satisfying. it should be more for the price you pay. you could hear traffic from the street inside your room

Positive: Lots of hot water and internal heating during the night. WiFi was great. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The location is nice too, at the edge of the tourist area and close to everything.

Negative: The room was smaller than what was shown in the photos, which was not ideal for us.

Positive: Great location between Cerro Rico and city center, clean and comfortable rooms (everything seems to be new), delicious breakfast and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend!
