Positive: Lovely hotel in a very good location. Very helpful staff who were always friendly. The manager helped us arrange a good taxi service the next day to Sucre, and helped take our luggage up the street due to road closures that day owing to a children’s festival. Room clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Positive: The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The location in the centre of the city was amazing, with the main square a minute away.

Negative: The hotel was very quiet and lacked atmosphere. There was no hairdryer in the room.
