Positive: The house was lovely, cosy and clean. The beds were very comfortable.

Negative: Honestly there was nothing we didnt like about this house.

Negative: Key safe at front door difficult to open. Had to telephone Host and Stay twice as to how to open it. Second phone call - Ryan - very helpful. No instructions as to how to open back door - eventually discovered there was a button to push and then push the door. However there was a keyhole in door and the key in the key safe didnt fit so rather confusing. Very few instructions in the house as to appliances. Nowhere to store dried goods - owners items in the cupboard and shelves. Fire couldnt be turned on although it was plugged in - is this ornamental? Urine stain on carpet at the bottom of the stairs..

Summary: Very comfortable and warm house with good beds and plenty of towels. Good position - very central.

Positive: Perfect location for our coast to coats walk and accessible to the Stokesley high street . Which has everything you need for a weeks stay. House was clean and comfortable, especially the beds so we all had a good night's rest. Would highly recommend booking this accommodation

Positive: Location very central. It’s clearly been modernised with new bathrooms and re repurposed kitchen. Comfortable beds and quality bed linen and towels, spacious

Negative: No Washington machine! And we were the support team for two walking the coast to coast path, picking them up after six days on their own and needed clean clothes… my fault for not checking this as a standard provision! Garden, though has been paved and fenced, wasn’t well furnished or clean, dirty dog bowls by the bench. Internal doors and exposed pipe work made it look a bit shabby .

Positive: All was just ok overall

Negative: Places were not cleaned . Behind the chair to turn the lamp on . Bathroom door lock broken !!! . Someone locked in for 5 mins (panic ) , simple to replace , a job that could have been done . Got blocked in with parking one day . Then couldn’t park the next day . ( lady in chip shop)

Summary: Not one for complaining . But simple jobs could be done to make the stay as they described it .
