Positive: When we arrived, our room was already prepared for us. It was clean, tidy, and had everything we needed. The bathroom was also very good, with hot water and everything working properly. As I had requested in advance, we were given a quiet room on a higher floor, which I really appreciated. Considering the price and the hotel’s location, it was an excellent choice. The hotel is right in the city center, directly on the main square. As soon as you step outside, there are well-known restaurants just 20–30 meters away, including places like Cemil Usta, so everything is within easy reach. Overall, everything was excellent. The next morning, our room had already been cleaned and the water bottles had been replaced. We were very satisfied with our stay.
Negative: The breakfast menu could be improved a little, but considering the price, it was filling and satisfactory.
Summary: A comfortable, clean, and great-value stay in an excellent central location.

Positive: Very nice place. Great value. Right in the heart of Trabzon. Most of all the staff was nice. Really appreciated the late check out so I could use the room until my evening flight.

Positive: The staff helpfull. The breakfast is amazing 👏. Every thing is comfy. The room although it's small , but have a smart tv where I can watch using my own you tube and Netflix. The location exceeded my expectation.

Negative: The room was much smaller than advertised, barely over 15sqm (including bathroom) while it was advertised for 20sqm.
