Positive: Good location. Maz (forgive the spelling) on reception was so friendly and kind. Always greeted me with a hello and smile.
Negative: It’s a little dated but understand some work going on.

Positive: The hotel location is excellent and very close to Trabzon Square. It provides easy access to many restaurants and shopping centers, most of which are open until midnight.
Negative: The breakfast was average and the same each day. Additionally, the room heating was controlled by the central air conditioning system and only worked when you were in the room. As a result, when leaving in the morning and returning in the evening, the room was quite cold and took a couple of hours to warm up.

Positive: Location is excellent but was tricky to find and off the main road, but overall wasn't terrible to check in. Staff was very pleasant and helpful with all requests. Wifi speed was good for what is expected.
Negative: Bathroom cleanliness was sub-par. some mold and shower was a bit unclean. General room was clean enough though. Breakfast wasn't great, could do a lot better with some more options and some fresh food versus fruit and vegetables which seemed to have been cut a day or so beforehand.
Summary: Value stay in prime location in Trabzon, where the 3 star rating and price is reflective

Negative: Breakfast was included..but quality of food is not good. No tissues in the room! No iron..only ironing facilities which you have to pay for.

Positive: There was only one room left with two separate beds and we booked it, we asked if it was possible to upgrade the room for free, so that there would be one large bed. We were given an upgraded room for free. We had a lot of luggage so the staff helped us carry our bags to our room.
