Positive: The villa was absolutely amazing – with breathtaking views, excellent amenities (cleaned daily), and a fantastic private pool. We stayed here as a family of five and it exceeded our expectations. Its location is also ideal, close to beautiful beaches, great restaurants, and supermarkets.

Positive: Very quiet location with amazing view from the balconies but even from the pool. Having a grill with olive wood is a unique experience if you love grilling.

Negative: There is time to time a strange smell that might be actually from the neighbor woods, however not that bad, unless you are really sensitive to any kind of smell.

Positive: The villa delivered everything that we could hope for. It was in a quiet neighborhood just outside of Perdika but with easy access to several beaches with in minutes. We experienced exceptional hosting during the daily service. Highly recommended for a tranquil stay with spectacular sunsets.

Positive: The property is great, clean and has almost everything required. We didn't use the pool due to the weather. The villa is cleaned everyday, with fresh towels available if required. A few essentials missing, chopping knife, toaster and oven dishes.

Positive: Very secluded place, there are 4 villas, but all of them has it's own isolated area, villa was well decorated and equipped. In 5 minutes drive you can reach the nearest town Perdika, where you can find supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. Villas have incredible ionian sea scenery. Pool is cleaned every day by a person very early in the morning, house cleaning and towels and sheets are changed every other day.
