Positive: Very clean and spacious room with many benefits and comforts. Organized kitchen with coffee makers, kettles and toasters as well as cooking utensils. Large fridge and oven. Spacious bathroom with washing machine and hairdryer.. Cozy living room with TV and several storage spaces. Screens on all the windows and the door. Outdoor area with chairs and table in front of the pool.

Negative: The mattress on the bed was clean but not particularly comfortable, probably due to its age. Some days there was no pressure in the tap water, but I don't know if it was a problem of the accommodation or the area in general

Summary: With a little more effort it can become excellent

Positive: Perfect stay, the apartment had everything we needed. It is perfectly located next to the markets and bakeries, 10-15min away from the best beaches and it has a beautiful view of the mountains and coastline. Thank you also for the snacks, wine and fruit juice left for us in the fridge.

Positive: The apartment was clean and very well equipped. It has everything you need from a kitchen and a bathroom, like you’re at home. On a arrival you receive some refreshments which is always a good thing. Good AC unit. Spacious apartment. Really nice view from the apartment and the provided pool.

Negative: Pool was really nice, but there are a lot of children who were not following the guidelines of the pool (they were jumping, shouting and were not supervised by their parents…), rules need to be stricter for smaller children. Only two private parking spaces, rest is on the street, which is not very busy but still, for such a villa, every apartment should have one private parking space. Also, this is nothing to do with the property, but Perdika streets are highly underdeveloped.

Positive: The Villa "Mons & Mare" is located in a quiet street in Perdika. It is conveniently located, only 10 minutes from the sea and equally far from Parga and Syvota, allowing you to visit multiple beaches in one day. The villa was well-equipped with kitchen supplies and everything else needed for a relaxing holiday. The villa is very clean and pleasant. The balcony offered an outstanding view. You can have breakfast in complete tranquility while admiring the sea and surrounding hills, or dinner while watching the sunset. The pool is not big, but pleasant and spotless. The hospitality was excellent. Alexandra had put a bottle of white wine and Ouzo in the fridge, along with some sweets; these are minor details, but they make you feel welcome.

Negative: Nothing; however, if I had to say something, one of the bedrooms was a little small. However, it was not an issue at all.

Summary: Excellent! Hopefully we'll come back again.
