Summary: Great location across the river to the old town, but close enough to the train station. Nice rooms with lots of nice features, great baths,especially the women's next door.

Summary: Great location especially for festivals and old town. The best room, friendly staff, public onsen, really enjoyed traditional breakfast. Make sure the hotels helps with dinner reservations, they did not offer for us and a lot of restaurants book up.
