Positive: Location was great. The house had plenty of room and facilities

Negative: It was cold in parts of the house, as the front entry / bathroom areas were more exposed to outdoor temperature. While there were aircons and a heated seating area in the main living / sleeping parts, it took longer to get the house up to a comfortable warm temperature during winter

Summary: Good clean house with enough rooms and facilities , but a bit too cold

Positive: The location and hardware are super. Higher than my expectation.

Negative: However, the quiet requirement with a sound measurement meter installed inside the room is too much. I felt so stressful while I doing anything, not sure if that will be too loud to trigger the alarm. Another improvement could be considered: the mattress is super sponged but unsupportive, pairing with the super flat pillow were a big challenge to get a good rest.

Positive: The house is big and there are a lot of rooms for big family. All facilities is good.

Negative: The house is a bit cold, the heater in the living room is not quit warm. The laundry is damage and the owner didn't tell us, the water come out and wet on the floor, waste of our time to clean up.
