Positive: Clean, warm, modern, uncluttered, with a very well equipped kitchen with lots of space to store food. Constant hot water, dishwasher and washer/drier. Two large bedrooms with lots of storage. The securely enclosed rear courtyard is ideal if you have a dog. The location is great for a winter break as there is quick access to major roads to explore in all directions plus bus or train to St Ives (not that parking was an issue in November).

Negative: The beds were really poor and upset my back. The shower flow was weak and it had an awkward stiff pipe. The bathroom is incredibly compact, which would make bathing young children tricky. There is no live TV and the only catch-up channel that was working was iplayer (we didn't try Netflix). The front door opens straight on to the cul-de-sac and has full-length clear glass, so people can see right through the house. We bought some wrapping paper and sellotape to give us some privacy (would be less of an issue in summer when no lights are on).

Summary: Modern, clean, warm, uncluttered with secure rear courtyard, but poor beds.

Positive: Very comfortable and peaceful. Convenient location and great that we had a parking spot. Very well equipped kitchen. Loved to little courtyard.

Negative: The entrance door needs a screen or curtain as people can see right into the property. The shower works well, but the pipe is very stiff so it makes it difficult to use when holding it.

Negative: rats in back garden, some fixtures not well maintained and property not very clean. dust webs etc. also curtain / blind required for front door side window, shower head delivery a bit poor.
