Take the scenic railway from the bottom of the lane (5 mins walk) and arrive in St Ives within 10 mins, no need for car or parking! Walk to one of 5 pubs and bistros located within the village or pick up the south west coastal path just minutes from your door. you are centrally located to visit the whole south west of Cornwall including the must see destination of St Michaels Mount just 15 mins drive away. Come by train and leave your car completely behind, St Erth Station is 5 mins taxi to your apartment.

Summary: Penquite is a little oasis in a beautiful area with a wonderful coastline and huge sandy beach. The apartment was peaceful, really comfortable and we slept very well. The train line means you can get to St Ives without a car, or walk there along the coast and get the train back. We also walked to Penzance along St Michael's Way and got back easily by train. For a small place Lelant has a number of places to eat and we enjoyed The Old Forge. Overall a lovely place for a holiday.

Summary: So glad we found this place. Perfect location for train into St Ives and to South Coast path, and to explore further a field by car. Very peaceful, lovely garden and very clean and comfortable accommdation which has everything you could need, would certainly stay here again if returning to the area.

Summary: Stephanie was a warm, friendly host and her Garden Room accommodation was so clean and welcoming. The French doors open on to the private large garden with several quiet seating areas. The public buses and the coastal train are within a few minutes walking distance so we didn't use our car whilst we were there. We would recommend Penquite for a relaxed and comfortable holiday.

Summary: The garden rooms were perfect accommodation for two adults and our small dog. The apartment is part of a beautiful Arts and Crafts home with extensive gardens. The apartment was thoughtfully furnished and well appointed. Lovely comfortable bed and a great power shower. Everything was spotlessly clean. We didn’t use the cooking facilities because we wanted to enjoy the local restaurants, but everything seemed to be there if you wanted to cook. A great base to explore south west Cornwall.

Summary: My partner and I stayed with our little dog at Penquite garden rooms this week. We had a lovely time, we used Penquite as a base to explore and it was perfectly situated to see west Cornwall. Comfy bed, lovely power shower and stylish quality furnishings. Penquite is a beautiful arts and craft home in the most lovely gardens. Great couple of eateries in the village, and easy access to St Ives for many more… Thank you for a lovely stay!
