Positive: The bedroom was comfortable and clean. The reception staff were very helpful. The Spa and its staff were fabulous

Negative: Lotus Cafe was dreadful, the service was very poor and the food mediocre at best certainly not the standard you should expect of a hotel of this class. The restaurant was not air conditioned and tables insufficient for the number of guests. Generally the hotel is very tired and in much need of renovation, the photos on booking.com are very misleading

Positive: Very well maintained resort with great location and good amenities. Beach is very clean and beautiful Professional and warmth personnel always looking to improve your stay and seeking feedback. Access to 5 different restaurants including those from nearby sister hotels. I would definitely return there going to Bintan
