Negative: The hotel hadn’t been maintained. Furnitures and fixtures are old. Not worth the money. Almost everything from Food at restaurants to facility are hyper-inflated.

Positive: The resort is huge. Breakfast was decent. The pool area was nicez

Negative: The resort is dated, ridiculously overpriced and some of the staff were rude. 1) rooms are large but have seen better days- one of our rooms had damp 2) charges- unreal pricing- for everything- even floaties. Table tennis, bowling- we got free vouchers but then had to purchase extra socks which cost more than the original 3) the hotel likes to position itself as a 5 star- it clearly is not. Whilst there is nothing wrong with a 3/4 star facility the pricing can then not be 5 star 4) rude staff - the breakfast staff are overwhelmed and it shows in their behaviour 5) large parts of the resort are old/ Weirdly abandoned or dirty

Summary: Felt ripped off. The hotel has seen better days.
