Positive: The location is fabulous! The room (a suite) was spacious! We found all the amenities that we needed. The price can't be beat, especially if you are going to the Buffalo Thunder Casino or entertainment venue.

Negative: The clerk called and woke us up early on a Sunday morning. ~Totally unnecessary. The toilet was too low to the floor, and needs to be replaced. The heater in the bedroom was not working properly. The price for snacks was outrageous.

Summary: Great location for a visit to Tesuque and Buffalo Thunder.

Negative: During this visit we were very disappointed with the breakfast. Not enough hot breakfast options - food not seasoned at all . Long line for only toaster . Butter/ cream cheese was not refilled . Had to remind multiple times to refill waffle mix There was an old lady in kitchen staff seemed to be angry at everything every time ( all 3 days) Very disappointed with the breakfast

Positive: Next door to the concert venue and the shuttle service that was offered was a huge bonus on a rainy night.

Summary: Very nice room. Nice hotel and good breakfast. Little pricey …. But only option out there close to the concert venue.

Positive: The concert we attend at Buffalo Thunder and the breakfast

Negative: Another Guest was able to enter our room, as the Hotel had apparently double booked the room we stayed in. The Guest had the keyless option and entered our room with their phone! Completely unacceptable! Luckily we were close by and seen the couple entering our room and told them there was a mix up. The hotel ended up putting the other couple in another room. But that whole incident was just crazy! I was really upset at the fact that someone without a key could enter OUR room with their phone!
