Positive: The room was very nice, though view from the room was a bit obstructed by bushy trees behind the room. The spa service was good. A free hiking tour offered by the property was excellent. Fireplace in the room was most enjoyable each evening.

Negative: Terra restaurant on the property, in an upscale resort like Four Seasons, should be better. We went to Santa Fe for most of our meals - lots of superb choices in the city. Responsiveness of the staff in the Terra restaurant was below par. The concept of Cocoa in the Enchanted Cabin was good but the snacks served with the cocoa flight were very sub-par.

Summary: Nice relaxing experience, but restaurant could be better

Positive: This was my first visit to Santa Fe, NM and originally I had booked a stay at another resort. That place didn't meet my needs. I stayed at 'said' resort for less than 12hrs before I quickly checked out. I went online and found that the Four Seasons had what I was looking for. They have shuttles that can take you into the historic Santa Fe Plaza all day, they have daily guided hikes and different events happening daily. They also have a five star spa on location! I had three treatments while I was there and highly recommend. The resort itself was Quiet, friendly, and well lit rooms. The staff was so accommodating, specially the front desk. Even though check in wasn't until 4pm, they made arrangements for me to check in WAY earlier so that I could get settled. I was there for 6 days and I will absolutely be back soon!

Positive: We’ve noticed the last two visits the room was not very clean! We know this trip the lack of cleanliness might of been due to COVID!

Negative: We do love this property for sure! Hopefully COVID will not continue to disrupt.

Summary: We have stayed at this property for the last four year, it’s a lovely property for sure!!!
