Positive: The breakfast was nice. Room was spacious and bathroom was huge. SAM at the front desk went above and beyond!!!!

Negative: Asked for pool towels and never got them. The girl who was at the front desk seemed overwhelmed and didn't seem as though she could handle multiple things at once. I did not get her name.

Positive: Location was easy to get around. The charging ports to plug in your phones were very loose and they didn’t charge our phones.

Negative: Location was great! The breakfast was pretty decent I have never had chicken sausage before it was different. The last day we were there they had sausage patties and hash browns which I really enjoyed.

Positive: Unlimited free coffee throughout your stay. Breakfast was great with a good variety. Pool area is nice and the rooms are clean and nicely decorated. Lobby and halls well maintained and smelled nice.

Negative: Very little to complain about except we parked in the lot and agreed to the $28 per night parking, we were told where we could park but was not given any permit. In the morning we had a notice on our car to say all residents need a permit and we were at risk of being towed.

Positive: Location was great. Parking was horrible. I paid for parking and had to park on the street two nights out of three

Negative: Staff was rude. No matter how many different times we approached the front desk it was as though it was a problem.

Summary: Could have been better being that it’s a Hilton stay.
