Positive: The breakfast was wonderful and the room was very clean and very comfortable

Negative: The hallways seem to be a little dirty, but they were in the middle of a renovation while we were there, so I think that played a big part in the condition of the hallways

Negative: The room was in need of some maintenance. Some tiled baseboards were missing along with loose grout. The toilet flushed only on occasion.

Positive: Everything except the pool and hallways was nice. Pool is so small, you should make it bigger. The rugs on the hallways are dirty and old. you should replace them with clean and new ones. Other than these, hotel was awesome

Positive: Staff was nice and most of the hotel was clean.

Negative: The 3rd floor hallway was in a shockingly deteriorated condition, including very dirty/stained walls & carpets. It was a sharp contrast from the hotel lobby and guest room and very off putting. The breakfast was also disappointing. The food was less fresh and plentiful than the many other similar Hilton properties we stayed at.

Summary: Not up to the usual Hilton standards.
