Summary: Great staff from lobby check in to breakfast staff to cleaning /maid staff - very impressed and pleasantly surprised form a sudden stop due to inclimate weather conditions

Summary: No pool as under construction. Able to park my truck and rv trailer. Good night sleep but ac was not cool. Heard the top floor footsteps which was annoying. Breakfast good.

Summary: Pool was closed and this was not disclosed when we made reservation. Room is freshly renovated the bathroom had old shower with mold. Breakfast was good and the front desk was very friendly.

Summary: Everything was great except that when we had booked, Hotels.com didn't have information about the pool being renovated (or I didn't see it) & that put a dent in our stay, as we were entertaining young kids. Staff was great, breakfast choices were good...had a hard time finding good parking & one of the outside doors wouldn't unlock with our room card, so we had to walk around in the rain until we found one that would unlock. Otherwise, had a wonderful stay...a pool would have made it easier to keep the kids busy, though!

Summary: We only came to this hotel for the pool just to find out it was closed. 4 hour drive for nothing. Couldn’t get a refund. The area is so scary. Everything is abandoned around. The buildings had the windows shot out. definitely didn’t leave the room until it was time for us to go home
