Summary: Property manager was timely in his responses. House was clean and well stocked. Nice fenced backyard for pets. Location/neighborhood could be an issue for some.

Summary: This has to be the cleanest rental i have ever stayed in. The little touches like a few bottles of water, coffee pods and snacks were a great bonus. I actually forgot some clothes and they contacted me quickly so i could arrange to pick it up. Higly recommend for your next trip to Kingsville.

Summary: My husband and I stayed for almost a week with our dogs. It was perfect for working from home and have convenient access to area clients. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area.

Summary: The house is warm and friendly, comfy beds, great A/C and very enjoyable. Don’t let the neighborhood deter you, the house is great and the area is quiet. Kingsville is such a friendly town too.

Summary: Everything was perfect, they even had charcoal outside in case we wanted to barbecue. There were enough pillows, blankets, and everything was clean inside. Thank you for having us.

Summary: Don’t judge the property by the neighborhood. The house was clean and had all the accommodations necessary for a pleasant stay. The owner was easy to communicate with and I can’t think of a thing that would’ve made the experience any better. We felt very safe.
